Thanks Joshua.
Your tip works for most folders but not all of them. There are a few where I 
encounter the same problems as before. But when it works, it goes as you 
descirbed. When first hovering over a 'problematic' folder it tells me there are 
no mails in it. After having clicked on it and then moving the mouse over it, it 
suddenlty gives more information, if not always complete.
