[kdepim-users] new message to mailing-list (using list folder)

hello,
I am subscribed to 3 mailing lists:
users at lists.fedoraproject.org,  
KDE on Fedora discussion <kde at lists.fedoraproject.org>,
kdepim-users at kde.org

for each mailing-list there is a rule to move the incoming message to its 
designated folder, so far so good.
however I noticed that right clicking on the kde-pim folder offers the option 
to send a new message to the mailing list while the same is not offered for the 
other two mailing lists ...

is it my setup or is there something special (except for the users) in this 
list?
can anyone confirm/deny this behavior?
