It is normally in

~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics

or

~/.kde4/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics

It should (other ppl are welcome to correct me) be enough to make a soft link:

ln -s ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics ~/Dropbox/
