[kdepim-users] Changing the default hour on Day View in Korganizer?

No, that's not quite it unless I'm misunderstanding what that does.  The "Day begins at 7:00" is already set.  But when I view that particular day, it's usually at 0:00.  I can then scroll down to view the Events of that day, but I am not getting any automatic scroll to 7am.  Nor (I tried) to 9am if I change it to 9am and press "Apply."
