Okay, then it's probably the rendering that's takes the time. But that's 
just wild guessing. We need to profile this.

This mailing list accepts attachments, but only upto 64 KB. It's better 
to submit a bug report at http://bugs.kde.org and attach the digest to 
this bug report.
