Either you copy the complete ~/.gnupg folder, or you copy just the two 
key rings ~/.gnupg/pubring.gpg (key ring with public keys) and 
~/.gnupg/secring.gpg (key ring with your secret keys). Make sure nobody 
gets his hands on secring.gpg.
