[kdepim-users] Auto unfold email folders on d&d

It doesn't work in 1.11.0 (under Ubuntu) and I'm pretty sure it didn't
work in the 1.10.x version in openSUSE and Ubuntu, but I cannot
confirm that. I would also like to see the feature back and would
greatly appreciate it if the tree would close again after having
dropped the email, because I'm in a situation more or less similar to
Jurian's.
