Appear where?
In the folder list? In KMail 1.9 the accounts are sorted alphabetically
in the folder list.
In the "Check Mail In" drop down menu? In KMail 1.9 the accounts in this
drop down menu are sorted by the order of their creation (and thus the
order in the settings dialog).
