[kdepim-users] kmail ignoring style

I think most of the information in kmailrc should be easy to guess. To 
keep your accounts do not remove any of the [Account #] sections. 
Moreover you have to keep the
accounts=n
entry in the [General] section.

Similar for filters and folders. It should be safe to remove most of the 
other stuff.
