For patches use kde-core-devel at kde.org or, if they are KDE PIM specific 
like this one, kde-pim at kde.org.

Thanks a lot for the patch. I have committed it to KDE 3.5, KDE 4.1 and 
trunk (which will become KDE 4.2).
