[kdepim-users] could not start process POP3

I've installed KMAIL 1.9.6 togheter with fedora 8. But when I'm checking
the mail the message is "could not start process POP3". I don't
understand the reason, everything looks OK on the account data.

I saw other posts on this but no solution.

Can anybody help me?
