[kdepim-users] could not start process POP3

I am not certain so i hope someone more knowledgeable can help. I think this 
happens when some of the kde helper helper applications are either not running 
are are not responding. try to kill all kdeint and kded and restart them. In 
any case, It should work again after a restart. I have noticed such behavior 
sometimes when running kontact/kde3 from a kde4 session
