No.  That is a 2004 report, regarding "Sending a contact as vCard file 
(version 2.1) via Bluetooth from a Nokia 6630".

I searched the bug list (bugs.kde.org) and could not find a report of your 
problem.

Messages are no use at all.  If there has not been a bug report of the problem 
you are unlikely to get it fixed, assuming that a fix is possible.  As the 
saying goes, "Scratch your own itch" - create a bug report and give as much 
information as you can about the wrongly-displaying addresses and the 
difference between them and correctly displaying addresses.  Then post the 
bug number to the list so that anyone else with the same problem can 
contribute.
