[kdepim-users] Understanding recurring ToDo items

I have some ToDo items that I must complete every week. I set up a
recurring ToDo item, but I do not see exactly what it means by
'recurring'. I expected 'recurring' to mean that if I check it off, it
would become unchecked when the time period resets. I see that is not
the case.
So, how do recurring ToDo items differ than non-recurring ToDo items?
Thanks in advance.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
