[kdepim-users] Odd attachment problem

I've taken an email on behalf of my grandson, and it contains several .doc 
attachments.  If I save those attachments with a view to printing them out I 
see 0Byte documents.  I forwarded the message to my daughter, who uses 
Mozilla mail and OOWriter under windows, and there the attachments are 
absolutely fine.  Any ideas?
