Can anyone point me to a simplified explanation of how the filters in knode 
work?

I need to be able to make some posters disappear from my newsreader in order 
to make the newsgroups readable again. 

I can do that fine in kmail, but knode has a scoring mechanism that doesn't 
seem to make anything actually vanish.
