[kdepim-users] mailto link in kmail does not display as expected

Maybe KMail encodes the ampersand as & for displaying purposes and 
this encoding breaks the correct evaluation of the URL. Or maybe 
KMail's internal parser for mailto: URLs is broken.

In either case I cannot think of a workaround.
