Thank you Bernd for your quick answer. 

It worked for me too at the beginning but unfortunately it doesn't now.

Running Fedora 8
Kontact 1.2.4 (entreprise 0.20071204.744707)

Seems something has been broken during one of the numerous updates.

Anyway, is there a possibilty to (re) activate AllowLocalFlags option 
somewhere through the GUI or the bash ?
