Thanks, I just opened that file and I found it, MIME encoded.

Er, I don't like that- it seems like it would make that nice text file
bloat rather fast, and more vulnerable to corruption. Is there a way
to have the file stored elsewhere?

Just today I managed to save a corrupted Akregator install by editing
the text files. So now I'm rather wary of storing photos of my
contacts.
