This hits me too with 

kdepim3-3.5.7.enterprise.0.20071221.751182-38.2 on a 
opensuse 10.1 x86_64 and a
opensuse 10.1 i586

but not on a
opensuse 10.3 i586 kdepim3-3.5.7.enterprise.0.20071221.751182-38.3

Downgrade the x86_64 to kdepim3-3.5.7.enterprise.0.20070904.708012-5.2 
brings the function back.
