[kdepim-users] SURVEY: PDA with Embedded Linux?

Well, it seems my survey took a bit of a wrong turn. Given that Palm PDAs have
lost out at the market and have been slowly disappearing, I was merely
curious where a Linux-compatible future might be lurking ...

I can certainly understand the frustration of having spent hundreds of hours
on developing programs for free, with the only reward being complaints about
flaws and lacking features. I think everyone involved in open-source
programming is doing a fantastic job! After all, I'm currently writing this
email this from inside a state-of-the-art FOSS application, Kontact, that
outshines by far any commercial / MS version I am aware of -- only to mention
one of many, many amazing applications.

KPilot, too, is honestly pretty amazing, given the background against it has
been developed, and I appreciate that the developers have not written it off,
given the state where Palms are now, but are actually still working on it and
trying to improve it.

Well, just my 2 cents. Must have been something in my coffee this
morning ... ;-)

Cheers to everyone,

homo ludens
