[kdepim-users] KMail: inbox does not show up

When I started KMail 1.9.6 (from Kontact) at first with 
folders=$HOME/.kde/share/apps/kmail/mail in section General in 
~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc I got the list of folders in the mail view 
containing all suitable folders except inbox, although in fact it was created 
in its right place ~/.kde/share/apps/kmail/mail/inbox; so I could not import 
my mail. What was wrong with it?
