I tried this with start date 5 Jan 2009 and end date 9 Jan 2009 and got
one page for the week 5-11 Jan 2009.

Then I used start date 1 Jan 2009 and end date 31 Dec 2009 and got 53
pages for the 53 weeks between 29 Dec 2008 and 3 Jan 2010.

I noticed that the date range is reset to the current week if you
select "Print Week". Did you probably select "Print Week" after setting
the range of dates thereby resetting the range without noticing?

Ingo
