as it happens i've been recently pondering this, i use a few spamcatcher 
addresses, they are not sorted into folders as they are few and far between, 
but when i reply the identity is my default identity, i would like not to 
have a default identity except for folders where i have specified an 
identity - mailing lists etc, - and for the 'from' address in a reply to 
default to the 'to' address in the original, or at least have that as one of 
the reply options in the r.click menu
