KMail is just the email client. Your calendars are handled by KOrganizer 
and its settings are stored in different files. I suggest to copy all 
of ~/.kde to your other computer to avoid any problem with missing 
settings. Copying all of ~/.kde is much more easy than hunting down 
several handfuls of files that are spread all over ~/.kde.
