That is odd because, as I understand it, the "if you trust" box deals with 
linked vs. attached/embedded images.  

I get some HTML newsletters that I routinely forward from my personal account 
on kmail to my work account on evolution-exchange.  The html and image 
references come out fine and I can view the attachment as HTML in evolution, 
copy and paste it into a new html mail in evolution, and my users, who are on 
Outlook get everything fine.
