[kdepim-users] Can't Save Contacts in LDAP Addressbook

I am not able to edit or add contacts in an LDAP addressbook using
KAddressbook 1.3, KDE 4.1.3, Fedora 10. I am using the same credentials to
bind to the LDAP server that I use for other tools (Luma PHPLDAPAdmin). I
enabled logging on slapd and it appears that no matter how I set up
KAddressbook it always binds anonymously and slapd is refusing the updates. I
don't want to give anonymous users the right to write to the database.

I can query the LDAP addressbook with no problems, but I can't make any
changes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
