[kdepim-users] how to preserve calendar invitation emails, when accepting/denying them ?

Which version of KMail/Kontact do you use?

In the configuration dialog under Misc/Groupware there's an 
option "Delete invitation emails after the reply to them has been 
sent." That sounds like the option you are looking for.
