Sorry - I misread. No, I can't think of any way to store them decrypted.
Have you considered using gpg-agent? You can configure the agent to remember
and use your password for a specific length of time. Mine is set to remember
for 1 hour, which I find quite satisfactory. The result is that I only have
to enter the password if at least one hour has passed since I last entered
it.
