Spamassassin is already slow enough. Additionally checking RBL's will 
make it even slower especially over a slow connection. Maybe the 
anti-spam wizard could allow the user to decide whether he wants to use 
RBL's or not. OTOH one can easily change this and not using RBL's seems 
to be the safer default.
