It might be possible to achieve this with local subscription. You would 
have to create two versions of the dIMAP account. For one account you 
could enable interval checking and locally subscribe just to the inbox. 
For the other account you should disable interval checking and locally 
subscribe to all other folders. (Note, that it might not be possible to 
locally unsubscribe the inbox.)
