[kdepim-users] Cannot restore Custom Fields after reimporting vcard from previous KDE insallation

After updating from Ubuntu 7.04 (KDE 3.5.8) to Ubuntu 8.04 (KDE 3.5.9)
I have imported my ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf file to
KAddressBook. However, the Custom Fields that I have defined are
empty. Of course, the new KDE installation did not have the custom
fields, so I created them, being careful to use the exact same names
as before. I can see that the custom field data is intact by opening
the vcf file with Kate, however, KAddressBook is not showing the info.
Which file should I recover from 3.5.8 in order to enable the custom
fields? Thanks in advance.
