[kdepim-usability] [PATCH] from aKademy: get rid of modality

Hi!

This is the patch I hacked together at aKademy after looking at how
modality of dialogs prevented test users from cut'n'pasting stuff
around. Instead of making modal dialogs, we disable the parent dialog.
This makes it visually clear that the new dialog is modal (and w.r.t.
what), and doesn't block the mainwindow and unrelated contact editor
windows.

Of course, this should be introduced as a KDE-wide policy, if adopted.
And no, it doesn't look like Qt4 will fix that.

The code would become a lot easier if KDialogBase would have support for
the disabling in KDE 4.

willy-nilly with no obvious cause or effect, then people will simply
stop paying attention. And the threat levels are publicly known, so
any terrorist with a lick of sense will simply wait until the threat
level goes down. -- Bruce Schneier, Crypto-Gram 07/2003
