[kdepim-usability] KMail Wizard draft

Hi,

Attached is a very first draft for the KMail wizard. It should not pop up 
automatically, but be available from the KMail greeting page.

Questions: 

- Does the selection of a PGP / S/MIME key there?
- Should the wizard include support to set up sendmail and local accounts?
- Do you argree that security should be as simple as checking the box, or do 
we need more complex feedback about the encryption method at this point (IMHO 
no)

Opinions, comments, flames this way please.
