I don't know that anyone spent time on this one, but it certainly has aged-off
by now 
and is reported for a no longer maintained version

it could be that korganizer didn't work well in some desktop systems like XFCE
I haven't seen any other reports related to XFCE though

I will close this as it was reported for a no longer maintained version

if it still happens then we'll need a developer who uses XFCE, I suppose.
