When using  Oauth2 authentication with Office365, this bug tends to cause me to
go through the entire authentication process for MS Exchange every time I log
in. As a temporary measure, disabling automatic connection to the network
interface seems to provide time to unlock Kwallet (GPG). This is very annoying,
but not as annoying as going through the Office365 Oauth2 authentication
process at every login.

It seems Akonadi resources will wait for the network will come up, just not for
Kwallet to open. Can the functionality already built into Akonadi that waits
for network be extended to wait for Kwallet?

Akonadi Server Version: 6.2.3 (24.08.3)
