[kmail2] [Bug 454403] KMail crashed when reading and deleting emails, and it does not start anymore

I managed to solve it, by installing Akonadi Console, going to the Agents tab,
and removing the Local Folders agent. I then restarted Akonadi and KMail, and
the problem disappeared.
