Akonadi log

After posting the above, I tried to open KOrganizer and found out it was not
displaying my Google calendars at all. I had to stop Akonadi and then start it
again for them to appear in the list (they were all deselected), but I then had
to open and close KOrganizer two times in order for it to correctly display
them.
I'm attaching the Akonadi log.
