            Bug ID: 433559
Summary: Message window: "Mark message..." enabled status
                    doesn't change
           Product: kmail2
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: groszdanielpub at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
In the message window, the enabled/disabled status of the Message / Mark
Message / Mark Message as (Un)read menu items doesn't change when the status of
the message changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open (say) an already read message.
2. In the message window, click Message / Mark Message / Mark Message as
Unread. The message gets marked as unread.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Mark Message as Unread menu item continues to be enabled, Mark Message as
Read continues to be disabled. Vice versa if you start with an unread message
and mark it as read.

EXPECTED RESULT
Whenever a message is marked unread, Mark Message as Unread is disabled and
Mark Message as Read is enabled. Vice versa whenever a message is marked read.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Happens regardless of why a message's read/unread status changes while the
message window is open: whether I change it from the message window, or from
the message list, or it becomes marked read a few seconds after I open the
message window. (I've configured KMail to mark messages read if they are open
for 2 seconds.)

May be related to Bug 424184 (which seems to be fixed, but it's not marked as
such).
