If you'd like to do this yourself, the two most important files to change are 
https://invent.kde.org/pim/kcalutils/-/blob/master/src/templates/incidence_header.html
and
https://invent.kde.org/pim/kcalutils/-/blob/master/src/templates/template_base.html
which are Grantlee templates that are used to generate HTML. Adding new details
like the color swatch would require changes to 
https://invent.kde.org/pim/kcalutils/-/blob/master/src/incidenceformatter.cpp
