This bug affect also Lokalize and VirtualBox at least.

The bug is not directly related to KMail

When I plug a screen to my laptop, the laptop or external screen is affected
and windows work well on other screen. The only affected screen is the
virtually (right one).

If I plug 2 screens on my laptop problem occurs on the 3 screen


However I tried to reproduce it with LXQt and KWin as window manager and it
works fine.
