SUMMARY
When using a secondary monitor, kmail rendering is broken. It used to work, no
idea what broke it though.

If you need more information, please tell me. Don't know what's useful.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two monitors
2. Maximize KDE on second monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot.


EXPECTED RESULT
Normal rendering.

Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67
Qt Version: 5.14.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using kmail2 5.12.80 beta1 (19.11.80)

I manually set up the monitors with
xrandr --output DisplayPort-0 --auto --scale 0.9999x0.9999 --pos 2880x0
--output DisplayPort-1 --auto --scale 1.5x1.5 --pos 0x0 --fb 7280x2160
