I am on the latest Kubuntu (actually, still development version for the next
two days) with akonadi version 17.12.3 (it claims akonadi_ews is 5.7.3) and see
the same problem. The password never shows up in kwallet and "Failed to
retrieve folder list." It works fine on my work computer with Kubuntu 17.04.3
and akonadi_ews 0.8.1-1.1-1.
