            Bug ID: 379029
Summary: regression: all the placeholder texts make the user
                    interface unreadable
           Product: kaddressbook
           Version: GIT
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: kollix at aon.at
                CC: tokoe at kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

In the current version when starting kaddressbook all the fields for a contact
now show a placeholder text.
This make the gui unusable since now I need to read carefully all the fields,
decide if what I see is a text I entered or is the placeholder text.
It looks just bloated but does not help in any way since the placeholder texts
are of course already clear.
As a user I don't need a hint that I shall "Add a Nickname" in the field
labeled "Nickname".

In previous versions, I clearly just saw text I entered, the rest I did not
bother to fill in were just blank.
Clean and simple.
Now it's really hard to use.
