For me autocompletion works only for the recently used addresses, not for my
Carddav addressbook. Seen on:

* Linux Mint KDE with kdepim package version 4:4.14.3-0ubuntu1
* Kubuntu 16.04 stock packages
* Kubuntu 16.04 backport packages, kdepim-runtime version 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1

The workaround described here doesn't work for me.
