When pressing ctrl-n in mail or contacts component, I'm told that this shortcut
is ambiguous and I should go to settings-shortcuts to change it. But there is
only one ctrl-n, so I can't resolve it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mail component
2. press ctrl-n
3.

Actual Results:  
error dialogue pop-up

Expected Results:  
new mail window
