Sadly, I've had to abandon KMail for the time being, as either this issue or
something related to it is causing the Akonadi agents for my GMail IMAP to stop
responding. I can retrieve e-mail if I kill and restart them, but they only
last for a couple of minutes before freezing up again. I've had to resort to
the GMail web interface for several months now :(
