I'll note that the akonadi server error referst to a duplicate entry for
"60-Kobalt". I'm not sure where that comes from, but in case it helps in
debugging here are the names I use for the imap accounts:
AbitMORE - Geert
Kobalt W.I.T. - Geert
Kobalt W.I.T. - Info
Telenet

These names have spaces. I don't know if that may be an issue or not.
