Heya,

As noticed on the other ticket I raised, one thing I noticed is that clearing
the akonadi agentcache via the akonadiconsole stops the error temporarily,
which along with the KIMAP_LOGFILE output really does suggest that its about a
mismatch between what messages kmail thinks are on the server, and which are
actually on the server.  Messages being moved by filters is one mechanism which
could cause this, I'm guessing from the above there are others as well...
