I had no imap filters I knew of. Then I looked again and I have a filter named
"unknown" with no rules. I deleted it, restarted Kontact, and it was back. So I
edited it to be something valid, deactivated it and restarted akonadi. But
nothing has changed.

On another machine I had one rule that never triggered and there everything
works fine.
